	High technology equipment and computer programming and maintenance, especially for new software and hardware systems that have Command Languages, Application Programmer's Interface (API), Application Specific Input (ASI) and Application Specific Output (ASO). Our courses offer at least 50% Hands-on design, always with an open lab at the end of the course for special studies.

We understand and use an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process that facilitates development of detailed "Train the Trainer" courseware for your engineers who must perform training. Of course, we would also be glad to present the courses for you. We welcome Fixed Price and Time and Materials contracts. Typical Development Process
	We start with requirements and task analysis that results in a set of learning objectives. Using this as a baseline, we work with you to develop the training course... and when you have late changes and close deadlines, we'll be there for you.
Delivery Media Types
	Hardcopy = Student Guides and/or Train the Trainer Guides. Multimedia = Microsoft PowerPoint Slides; MultiMedia Builder Interactive CD-ROM executable; others as required.
Production and Distribution Services
	We can provide for printing and worldwide distribution of training manuals and materials, thus providing full service technical training development.
