Typical Development Process
	We start with requirements and task analysis that results in a specification for the training to be performed. We work with you to develop the presentation the way you want it... and when you have late changes and close deadlines, we'll be there for you.
Delivery Media Types
	Hardcopy = Microsoft Word 2000 and below. Multimedia = Microsoft PowerPoint. Others as required.
Production and Distribution Services
	We can provide for printing and worldwide distribution of manuals and CD ROMs, thus providing full service engineering training development, production, and delivery.
